product key

Question

so i recently rested my laptop and after reset it ask me to buy microsoft 365 and also some of features also diabled . so i tried to upgrade to licence but i forget the product key.

how to recover my product key ?

If you previously had Microsoft 365 or a digital Office license on your laptop, you not need the original product key. The license may be linked to your Microsoft account.

First, sign in with the Microsoft account you previously used for Office and check your services here:
https://account.microsoft.com/services

If your Microsoft 365 subscription or Office license appears there, you can install Office again and activate it by signing in with that account.
