Unable to Register for Azure for Students – Institution Not Recognized

Hello Microsoft Support,

I am a currently enrolled student at Ambition Guru College, Nepal.

I have successfully verified my student status through the GitHub Student Developer Pack using my college email:

******@ambitiongurucollege.edu.np

However, when I apply for Azure for Students, I encounter an issue. After selecting my institution, the college name automatically disappears from the institution field, preventing me from completing the registration.

I am a legitimate student and can provide the following documents for verification:

• Student ID Card
• Current enrollment verification
• GitHub Student Developer Pack verification
• College Outlook email

I would appreciate your assistance in verifying my eligibility or resolving this issue so I can access Azure for Students to learn cloud computing.
