Hello,

Please have someone call me about MS Office 365 - My name is [REMOVED PII] and my Phone is [MOD PII removed]. I need answers on how to upgrade an MS Office 365 Personal subscription to a Family Subscription to use for more devices. I don't see that option on my account page when I go to "manage" subscription and choose "switch plan". There also is no answers online for this either. I have another question about MS Office 365 as well.

Please call me at [MOD PII removed] or let me know how to schedule a call.

Thanks,

    Hello Jerry,

Please note that this is a user-to-user support community. We cannot access your subscription account, arrange a phone call, or request a callback on your behalf. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas.

To upgrade from Microsoft 365 Personal to Microsoft 365 Family, purchase the Family subscription using the same Microsoft account connected to your current Personal subscription. The Family benefits should start immediately, and the remaining time on the Personal subscription will be converted and added to the new plan. You can find the official instructions here: Switch between Microsoft 365 subscriptions.

If the Family option is not displayed under Switch plan, you can still purchase it directly while signed in with the same Microsoft account. However, if the subscription was purchased through Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or another retailer, that provider manages the billing and plan changes, so you will need to contact them directly.

For your other subscription question or help completing the change, here's how to reach out to the Support Team (live chat):

    1.  Go to: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact
    2. In the search box, enter a short description of your issue.
    3. Hit "Get Help"
    4. Scroll down and select Sign in to contact support for further assistance (please sign in using a personal Microsoft account). Then follow the on-screen prompts to reach Support Team.

Tip: Support chat availability may vary by country/region, product, and support hours. If you can't get in touch with a chat agent right away, trying again later or at a different time may help.

I hope this helps clarify the available options. Thank you for your patience.
