Dear Microsoft Learn Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to request an urgent correction to my name on my Microsoft PL-300 exam registration.

Current Name on Registration: Siddhi Patil Pravin Patil

Correct Name (as per my government ID): Siddhi Pravin Patil

I noticed that my father's surname ("Patil") has been mistakenly included as part of my registered name. My correct name, exactly as it appears on my government-issued ID, is Siddhi Pravin Patil.

I found that the recommended solution is to update the name through the IDN Sign-In account settings. However, I have tried multiple times to change my name from the account settings, but the option is not allowing me to make any changes. Therefore, I am unable to correct my name on my own.

My exam details are as follows:

  • Exam: PL-300 – Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst
  • Exam Date: Thursday, 6 August 2026
  • Exam Time: 11:00 AM (Local Time)
  • Candidate ID: MS1101322914
  • Registration ID: 539347225

Since my exam is scheduled for Thursday, 6 August 2026, I kindly request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. It is very important that my registered name matches my government-issued ID before the exam to avoid any issues during identity verification at the test center.

If you require any supporting documents, such as my government-issued ID, I will be happy to provide them immediately.

I would sincerely appreciate your prompt assistance in correcting my registered name before my exam date.

Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to your earliest response.

Kind regards,

Siddhi Pravin Patil Candidate ID: MS1101322914 Registration ID: 539347225 Email: ******@gmail.comScreenshot 2026-08-03 224555.png
