Using Outlook for iOS in business environments for email and scheduling
Hi Curt,
For your concern, I suspect your Outlook mobile “Location” suggestions / meeting location assistant stopped working after moving to the new phone. I suggest you first checking your iPhone settings first:
- Open Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > make sure Location Services is on
- Scroll to Outlook > set it to While Using the App
- If you see Precise Location, turn it on
In case you don't see Outlook under Location Services, do this first:
- Open Outlook > Calendar > create New Event > Location
- Start typing a real location, like a restaurant, office, or hotel > if a prompt appears, choose Allow While Using App
- Then go back to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services and you will see Outlook listed there
Please give it a try and let me know whether it works. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out again in the comments on this post. I'm happy to assist you further
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. I'm looking forward to your reply.
