Employee Company Store - Access Issues in US

Question

Is anyone else having issues with accessing https://www.msecompanystores.com/???

When I try to access the site, I receive the error message shown above. The issue occurs in both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome on my work laptop, regardless of whether I am connected through VPN or not. For reference, I am using Windows 11.

RESOLVED: I was facing the same error “The connection for this site is not secure” when trying to access and pay for my MSE Company Store purchases. I solved the riddle. It is my Internet Provider (xFinity) with advanced security turned on that blocks the access to https://www.msecompanystores.com/the site and the fix is to either use another provider (in my case hotspot to my T-Mobile wireless via my mobile phone) OR approve the access via the xFinity app for an hour (mseconpanystores was deemed a suspicious site which could compromise the device/laptop or contains dangerous content). My guess is there is some security setting on the MSE site build that needs strengthening. Hope this solves it for some of you.

RESOLVED: I disabled Wi-Fi on my iPhone so that it wasn’t going through my home router and instead was going through cellular and was able to access it just fine. I don’t know why my router is stopping me from accessing the site, but as with most computer issues, I’m happy with a resolution and don’t need to figure out what the real problem is
