Hi ,

Search for msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot, and post it here so we can see the correct laptop model or desktop configuration.

ok , i to put all the information in the last time the device manager , a note in it saying the reason it wasnt working was because it was known to cause problems so it was block to keep from causing a problem ill try and get a screen shot of it havent tried to do one yet
