How and where to appeal an MSN community ban?

Two weeks ago, I received a 72 hour ban for:

"Your profile name doesn't meet our undefined. To reinstate your commenting ability, edit your profile name."

Which makes no sense since my username is my real name, it is not offensive.

I have also had the same username for decades with no issue ever.

I have clicked on the "Request review button" every day for the last week and nothing happens.

I tried the "Submit feedback option" multiple times and that had no effect either.

It does not seem right to have a ban without any ability to communicate to find out what exactly the ban was for or be able to talk or chat with someone about it.

I think someone reported the name maliciously knowing this would happen because I made a comment they did not like.

In other words, you cannot tell me anything.

I asked HOW and WHERE, you have replied twice and answered neither.

I did not ask for influence or control over the ban.

I simply asked HOW and WHERE can I go for that sort of thing.

If you cannot answer either of those then there was no point in answering the question.

This is not the forum for MSN questions.

I don't think you will get any further help here than you have already tried.

Moderation is unique to the MSN.
