I do this form and it says I did not give the required details when MY account got hacked. I had an x box account but not an actual x box so why is asking for an x box device. Also I never paid for something but only used gift cards and codes so what am I supposed to put for credit card details. Skype is deactivated now so I cannot access that so what am I supposed to put for those details???? I need my account back and it also had my Minecraft account on it.

    Unfortunately, that is correct.

There is nothing that can be done to recover the Microsoft account once the hacker successfully replaced the account's security info.

However, I would recommend reaching out to Minecraft Support regarding your Minecraft account if they can provide an alternative option:

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Thank you for the information.

Based on your description, this means that the hacker was able to remove the account's security info and replace it with their own email address.

Since the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

You mentioned that your account was hacked. Do you see any unfamiliar email addresses/phone numbers upon signing in to your account or when resetting the password?

Just to confirm, did you have two-factor authentication (2FA) active on the account?

If yes, are you able to access the second factor of authentication?

Important: If you have an active 2FA, ACSR will inform you that your recovery request will be ignored. If you only receive a message that the recovery request is either successful or indicates insufficient information, this means that 2FA is disabled.

Also, may I know when was the last time you successfully signed in to your account?

    Best regards,

    Darhyl
