Microsoft 365 will not load onto my computer. I need help

I just purchased a Acer computer at costco

The Microsoft 365 program was scanned at the store. I went back and they did the scan to activate.

I cannot upload the programs on my computer

The message i get is "Too Many Requests"

The “Too Many Requests” message can appear when there have been several activation or download attempts.

Can you confirm:

Where exactly does the message appear: while redeeming the product key, signing in, or downloading Microsoft 365?

Does the subscription appear at https://account.microsoft.com/services?

Did Costco provide a 25-character product key, or only an activation card and receipt?

Please avoid retrying repeatedly for now, as that may keep triggering the same message.

What exactly did the store do? If they helped you enter the product key, you should now have a Microsoft account which lets you install and activate Office.
