I have tried contacting Microsoft in any and everyway possible, I had updated my BIOS on my PC at home thinking my bit locker was disabled (it wasn't) and am now locker out of my PC until I can obtain a bit locker code. I have signed into my personal account linked with my PC and have clicked multiple times on the bit locker recovery just for it to send me to a page that just loads endlessly. My device shows up under my Microsoft account so I know it's linked but due to this I am unable to access the code or use my PC until then. What other options do I have? Please help!!!!

    Hello,

This issue is server-side related, and it is temporary and intermittent.

A potential workaround is, sign into your account https://account.live.com, then click on "change password" on the upper right. Make sure you replace it with a stronger/longer password. Then try to access the bitlocker page again. This seems to work for some users.

Since you’re able to sign in to your Microsoft account, but the Recovery Key page isn’t loading correctly, this appears to be a server-side issue on Microsoft’s end, especially since multiple users are reporting the same problem when trying to access both the Devices page and the BitLocker Recovery Key page.

I’d recommend waiting for Microsoft to resolve the issue and trying again later.

As a workaround, some users have reported that accessing the Recovery Key page through an InPrivate/Incognito window worked for them: http://aka.ms/myrecoverykey

For others, changing the password via that link https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/ and then accessing the page again works.
