I was near my pc until it randomly shutdown and this happened. Before it happened, I used a windows debloater and used a restore point before the I ised debloater. I can't get my recovery key because the site won't load. I've tried using Startup Repair and it didn't work, Uninstall Updates, Startup Settings, and System Restore all need the recovery key. I can use UEFI Firmware Settings and Command Prompt however I need to restart because the OS drive is locked for Command Prompt. Please help me either get my recovery key or fix my computer without it.

Since you’re able to sign in to your Microsoft account, but the Recovery Key page isn’t loading correctly, this appears to be a server-side issue on Microsoft’s end, especially since multiple users are reporting the same problem when trying to access both the Devices page and the BitLocker Recovery Key page.

At this point, there isn’t anything specific you need to change on your device. I’d recommend waiting for Microsoft to resolve the issue and trying again later.

As a workaround, some users have reported that accessing the Recovery Key page through an InPrivate/Incognito window worked for them: http://aka.ms/myrecoverykey

For others, changing the password via that link https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/ and then accessing the page again works.
