Anyone know how to access bitlocker when the page is in an authentication loop that never resolves?

I got locked out of my computer because bitlocker got mad that I added 3 drives and a gpu to my computer, I went to get the access keys on the bitlocker site using a different computer, and for whatever reason it won't let me load the page.

I have tried using a private window, I have tried 3 different browsers, I have tried 2 different phones. I log into my account, I can see the computer listed, I click in to getting the keys, and it gets stuck into an authentication loop.

Is there something I am missing? Has their site really been down for 3 days? I have 2 small kids and really don't want to have to take apart the computer again.

This issue is server-side related, and it is temporary and intermittent.

Because this is community forum, I suggest that you put this in the feedback hub using the "report a bug." When you fill that out, you will have the option to check the box for "prioritize this as a high severity" at step 4. You also have the option to include a screenshot or do a screen recording. This data will reach the product team, and they use data like that to gather information and discover outages and issues.

A potential workaround is, sign into your account https://account.live.com, then click on "change password" on the upper right. Make sure you replace it with a stronger/longer password. Then try to access the bitlocker page again. This seems to work for some users.
