Amazon Card - redeem grayed out

Question

I have 6058 points, more than enough for a $5 Amazon gift card. I've redeemed my points MANY times for this gift card. See my order history! Last one was July 29 for $5. The message I receive above it is:

"On the go? You're previewing a catalog item that you're not eligible to redeem due to region or other restrictions. View the catalog"

When I view the catalog, an Amazon card is available, however, same result: redeem button is grayed out.

I'm still in the United States, have always been. Can you please correct this issue?

If you are still in the same region and have never moved to another country, have you ever used a VPN on this device? A VPN can make it appear as though you are accessing the internet from a different country, which may affect Microsoft Rewards.

Try signing out of your account and then signing back in. Also, make sure you are not using a VPN. If the problem persists, clear your browser's cache and cookies, or try using a different browser or device. You can also wait a while and try again later in case it is only a temporary issue.
