Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management

[Build a Contacts Group from Contacts with a specific Company field value]
As far as I can tell, not as easy as it should be. Unless your favorite AI has a better idea, all I can figure out is:
- Create a new Contacts Folder named
TempConList - Use a View sorted by Company
- Multi-Select anyone in Company X (Shift + Down)
- Right-click and select Move -> Copy to folder ->
TempConList - New Contact Group
- Add Members -> From Address Book
- Set the Address Book to
TempConList - Multi-Select all (Shift + End)
- Click on [Members]
- [OK]
If you want to try this and don't know how to do a step, please advise.
