I have a list of about 200 people who belong to an organisation and are all identified by the organisations name in the "company" column. I want to create an email group to be able to send out notices and newsletters etc. I can not see any way to transfer those contacts into a group other than manually individually. When I bring up the add member window it does not show the "company" column so I would have to have several windows open to see which members to select. There must be an easier way. I am using outlook 2021

[Build a Contacts Group from Contacts with a specific Company field value]

As far as I can tell, not as easy as it should be. Unless your favorite AI has a better idea, all I can figure out is:

    • Create a new Contacts Folder named TempConList
    • Use a View sorted by Company
    • Multi-Select anyone in Company X (Shift + Down)
    • Right-click and select Move -> Copy to folder -> TempConList
    • New Contact Group
    • Add Members -> From Address Book
    • Set the Address Book to TempConList
    • Multi-Select all (Shift + End)
    • Click on [Members]
    • [OK]

If you want to try this and don't know how to do a step, please advise.
