    Hi! Let me help you.

Word may show "Last saved by user" instead of your actual name because it doesn't have author information to display. This can happen if you're not signed in to a Microsoft account, or if your Office username hasn't been set. In that case, Word falls back to the generic label "user."

This doesn't affect your document or indicate a problem. If you'd like your name to appear instead, sign in to your Microsoft account in Word, or go to File > Options > General and make sure your name is entered under Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office.
