Can't install Office 2024. Issue with recent purchase.

I just purchased office 2024. when i try to download and install you give me office 365 file instead.

If you install under Windows, the install package is called "Officesetup." If you install on a Mac, the name usually includes both "Office" and "365." On both platforms, the install procedure is the same regardless of product (subscription or one-time purchase license).

The Office 365 installation package is also 2024; it adjusts the edition after you log in with your Microsoft account and activate it.

If you are having difficulty, you can do an offline installation.

Once the download is complete, right-click the mounted drive and select 'Mount'.

Open File Explorer and go to 'This PC'.

Select the Office icon, right-click it, and select 'Open'.

Open the 'Office' folder and locate the setup64.exe file.
