Roblox will not launch. When I click Play, the mouse shows the loading cursor for a few seconds, but the game never opens and no error appears. I've already factory reset Windows, completely reinstalled Roblox, cleared all Roblox files and cache, updated GPU drivers, repaired Windows with SFC and DISM, disabled antivirus, overlays, and startup programs, and tried running as administrator, but none of these fixes worked. I have tried quite a few other things, but there are too many to list.

Hi, thank you for your reply. Since you have already reinstalled the OS and are still experiencing the issue, it would be best to contact Roblox Support so they can check whether there is any incompatibility causing the problem.

Hi, thank you for patiently waiting. Upon checking and analyzing the event logs, there are multiple Power Manager errors on the PC, which means the PC might be experiencing low power. In this case, I recommend making sure that the power mode is set to Best Performance. However, if the issue persists, I suggest doing an in-place upgrade wherein it will upgrade the device to the latest version and repair all issues without deleting any files.

Kindly follow the steps from this link:
