    Hi BOUZARIF ABDELLAH,

I understand that you cannot access your live.ca account, no longer have access to the registered recovery email, and have already submitted the recovery form using a new contact email.

Please note that this is a user-to-user forum, so contributors cannot access the account, review the recovery request, or change its password or security information.

The recovery result should be sent to the working contact email entered on the form within 24 hours. Please check the Inbox, Junk, Spam, and Deleted folders of the new email account.

If more than 24 hours have passed and no response has arrived:

    1. Use the Microsoft account Sign-in Helper to check the recovery options available for the account.
    2. Submit the Microsoft account recovery form again and carefully verify the contact email address.
    3. If possible, complete the form from a device and location previously used with the live.ca account. Include as much accurate information as possible, such as previous passwords, contacts, and exact email subject lines. You may submit the form up to twice per day. For further guidance, see Help with the Microsoft account recovery form.

You may also contact support for guidance:

    1. Visit the Microsoft Support contact page: Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. In the search bar provided on the page, type "Account Recovery" and press Enter.
    3. Click on the "Get Help" button that appears.
    4. Scroll down the page until you see and click on the "Contact Support" option.
    5. When prompted to select your product or service, choose "Other Products".
    6. For the category, choose "Manage Account Security".
    7. Look for and click on "Chat with a support agent in your web browser".
    8. When prompted, provide a valid contact email where Microsoft can reach you regarding your case.
    9. Explain your situation clearly: Be concise but provide all the relevant details.

The product and category labels may differ, and chat availability can vary. Support can clarify the available recovery process, but support agents cannot send password-reset links or access and change account details.

I hope the recovery response reaches your new contact email and helps you regain access.
