How is storage over limit if all folders are empty?

Question

I will dive right in:
Microsoft has by far the worst customer support.
I too have a storage over limit, can't send emails from my Outlook account.

I have tried for years, to get hold of someone, I have a whole list of submitted support cases, but guess what, they are all sent to the outlook email, and surprise surprise, I can't respond to them.
Every time I give alternative email, but I guess it is all AI responding with generic emails.

Well, my case is not generic, there is a case of stolen and deleted photos from OneDrive, and nobody to talk to.

Thanks. Your Onedrive is full. When you click the OneDrive link just below in the photo, it should show the largest files.

Also check Onedrive recycle bin and empty it.https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/onedrive/delete-files-or-folders-in-onedrive

1. Open OneDrive on the web and sign in to the correct account.
2. In the left pane, select Recycle bin.
3. Click Empty recycle bin at the top of the page.
4. Confirm the action when prompted.
