Publisher Greeting Cards will disappear forever

I have years of greeting cards crafted in Publisher. I have tried, unsuccessfully, to find a legitimate vendor to purchase an Office 2021 perpetual license. I must say I am furious that Microsoft does not at least offer that because I am afraid of eBay and other non-authorized sites. Any advice on where to find an authorized perpetual license or software that allows me to tweak my Publisher greeting cards, not just put them out to pasture as .pdf files?
