Migrating Microsoft Learn Credentials to New User Account

Question

I need assistance migrating my Microsoft Learn certification profile to a new Microsoft account.

My learning credentials need to be migrated from:

Old account: ******@outlook.com

New account: ******@m3inpo.onmicrosoft.com

I completed 129 Microsoft certifications under an old business email domain that is now permanently closed. I no longer have access to that domain or the Microsoft account linked to it.

I have full proof of ownership: certificate printouts, exam IDs, dates, and the exact email alias used.

Please assist with locating my old Learn profile and migrating all certifications, badges, and transcript data to my new Microsoft account.

You cannot transfer or migrate certifications between Learn profiles. You should have added another email account to your Learn profile https://learn.microsoft.com/training/support/learn-profile-manage#add-login-accounts-to-your-learn-profile before you lost access to your email account.
