How come Microsoft websites don't work properly?

I need to access my Bitlocker code to get into my computer, and I can log into my account and devices, but as soon as I click on Manage Recovery Keys I end up on a web page that is locked into endless attempts to complete-client-signin-oauth-silent. It has been like that for 4 days, and it is becoming really frustrating that the company we rely so heavily on just don't seem to know what they are doing. Does anybody know of any workarounds on how to get into my devices bitlocker code because every walkthrough I have gone to all end up at the same idiotic Microsoft door that just doesn't work. I have tried multiple browsers and computers, and my IT support told me that I am at the mercy of Microsoft. I cannot afford to lose my information because Microsoft are too stupid to make sure their stuff works, so any help would be great.

Hello,

This issue is server-side related.

A potential workaround is, sign into your account https://account.live.com, then click on "change password" on the upper right. Make sure you replace it with a stronger/longer password. Then try to access the bitlocker page again. This seems to work for some users.
