From your description, it sounds like this issue is related to Outlook rather than Microsoft Teams. The Zoom option in the meeting ribbon is provided by the Zoom for Outlook add-in, so if it's missing, the add-in may not be installed, enabled, or loading correctly.
Could you please let me know:
- Which Outlook client you're using (Classic Outlook, New Outlook for Windows, Outlook on the web, or Outlook for Mac)?
- Do you see the Zoom for Outlook add-in under All apps > Add apps in Outlook? If so, is it installed and enabled?
- Is the Zoom button missing for all calendar invitations or only a specific mailbox?
