You do not earn certificates by completing Learn modules or learning paths for which you will see both badges and trophies on your Learn profile https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/achievements
If you addended an instructor-led course, an achievement code is provided that you can redeem for a certificate of attendance.
Certifications are earned by passing exams.
