Hello,

My Azure Artifact Signing public organization identity validation has remained in the "In Progress" state for over two weeks.

Artifact Signing account:

luminafiltersigning

Organization:

Lumina Filter

Identity type:

Public organization

The personal identity verification through AU10TIX was completed successfully. I have checked both the primary and secondary email inboxes, including spam folders, and I have not received any request for additional documentation.

The validation has not changed to Action Required, Completed, or Failed.

Could the Artifact Signing team please review whether the validation is stuck or whether any additional action is required from my side?

Thank you.

This does not resolve my issue.

My Public Organization Identity Validation has remained In Progress since July 20, 2026. The AU10TIX personal identity verification was completed successfully, but the Azure portal has shown no status change and I have received no Action Required email.

Could a Microsoft Artifact Signing team member please review the backend status of this validation? I can provide the Identity Validation ID privately.

For Artifact Signing public organization identity validation, the documented processing time is 1 to 20 business days, and it can take longer if more documentation is needed. Since the request has remained In Progress for over two weeks and there has been no Action Required update or email, the supported next step is to request help through Azure Support or Microsoft Q&A with the artifact-signing tag.

    Relevant checks and facts:

    1. In the Azure portal, open the Artifact Signing account and review Identity validations to confirm the request is still In Progress.
    2. Verify the primary email inbox, junk/spam folder, and any mail filtering rules that could block messages with links from external senders.
    3. Do not create duplicate identity validation requests for the same entity while one is already in progress, because that does not help and requests cannot be expedited.
    4. If the validation team later requests more documentation, upload it through the Azure portal when the status changes to Action Required.

If the issue is specifically that the request appears stalled with no status change and no documentation request, the documented assistance path is Azure Support or Microsoft Q&A.
