I can't open outlook.com. Tried on different computers, in Edge and Chrome, the result is always the same:

The desktop application (Outlook new) opens, but it doesn't send or receive emails and custom folders can't be opened.

Thank you. It seems like your account is corrupted at the backend and needs an admin support.

If you go to https://account.microsoft.com, click the 9 dots and try accessing outlook from there, does it work?

    Hi,

    1. This is a personal account
    2. I cleared cache and cookies
    3. I tried a private browser window (MS Edge)
    4. I tried Chrome
    5. I tried two completely different computers (at least one of them knows nothing about my account)
    6. The Outlook mobile app works correctly (IOS and Android)
    7. Access via the browser on the mobile does not. Same error
    8. Desktop Outlook only shows the main "Inbox" folder, no subfolders. Can't send anything.

    Hi,

I will walk through a few steps with you. Some of these are just to help figure out what is wrong, not to fix it right away. So if nothing changes after a step, that is normal. I will keep going until we solve it.

    1. Is it a Work related Exchange account, or a standard personal Outlook one?
    2. Have you tried clearing cache and cookies, or tried a private Window?

I look forward to hearing from you to get the results of the troubleshooting.
