    Dear @Mohamad Soud,

Good day! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum!

Based on your description, I understand that an unrecognized Microsoft business charge of 41,688 TRY was billed to your company's credit card, and you are unable to identify which Microsoft account or subscription generated the transaction. You are seeking assistance to investigate the charge, identify the associated account and service, and request cancellation and a refund if the payment was unauthorized.

Regarding this situation, as investigating an unrecognized charge requires access to Microsoft's internal billing and payment records, I recommend raising a support ticket with the Microsoft Billing Team for further investigation.

    You can do this by:

    • Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center: https://admin.microsoft.com
    • Navigate to Help & Support
    • Create a Support Request for Billing team to investigate further
    • Include all the above details
    • Finally, click on "Contact me"
    • After completing them, you will receive an email appointment for a meeting to review this issue professionally together.
    • For more information, you may refer to: Get support for Microsoft 365 for business

Please note that this is a community forum where users help one another. I do not have control over user accounts, including billing systems, login issues, password resets, or access changes.

The Billing Team will be able to review the payment records, identify the Microsoft account or subscription associated with the transaction (where possible), and determine whether the charge is valid. If the transaction is found to be unauthorized or associated with an account outside your organization, they can advise on the available cancellation and refund options.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
