Need to download an earlier version of Outlook-Classic in Microsoft 365

Question

I have recently purchased a new laptop and had to download Outlook-Classic in Microsoft 365 (Personal licence). The version is Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2607 Build 16.0.20228.20110) 64-bit

However I am facing issues with the new version and not able to set up my email id of my email service provider. So I would like to install the old version which was working properly on my old laptop. The old version is - Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2606 Build 16.0.20131.20154) 64-bit

Can you please let me know how I can download or access the old classic version - Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2606 Build 16.0.20131.20154) 64-bit
