I can't sync OneNote in PRC

I'm wondering if it's because onedrive.live.com got corrupted.

Hi,

Error 0xE000283C usually means OneNote cannot complete synchronization with the cloud service. It normally does not mean onedrive.live.com itself is “corrupted.”

Please do not sign out, reset, or reinstall OneNote first if you still have unsynced notes, because local changes may be lost.

First open the notebook directly in OneNote for the web: https://www.onenote.com/

If it also cannot open or loads very slowly, try another network, such as a mobile hotspot. In mainland China, unstable routing to personal OneDrive services can sometimes affect OneNote synchronization.

If the web version works, go back to OneNote and select File > Info > View Sync Status > Sync Now.

Also make sure OneNote is fully updated and your OneDrive storage is not full.
