Hello Microsoft Rewards Team, My Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended. I believe this may be an error and would appreciate a review of my account. I have not intentionally violated the Microsoft Rewards rules. Please let me know the reason for the suspension and whether my account can be reinstated. Thank you.

If a Microsoft Rewards account is suspended, the review and reinstatement decision must be handled by Microsoft Rewards Support.

Common policy reasons for Rewards suspension include:

    • Using multiple user accounts
    • Providing inaccurate account information
    • Using a VPN, proxy, bot, macro, mobile emulator, or other automated methods to earn points
    • Trying to earn points from more than one country in the same day
    • Redeeming points outside the country where they were earned

If the suspension was a mistake, submit an appeal to Microsoft Rewards Support here: https://rewards.bing.com/support

If the account is locked at Microsoft account sign-in, try unlocking it by signing in at https://account.microsoft.com to request a security code. Any phone number that can receive text messages can be used; it does not need to be linked to the account.

If the sign-in page does not show the Next option, use the aka.ms/ link shown in that window and follow the account reinstatement instructions. After submission, a Microsoft Online Safety support agent reviews the request and responds by email. Do not submit multiple requests, because that can slow the response.
