    Hi AZIZ BASHA,

I understand how frustrating it can be when an Insider update remains stuck at 0% and does not begin downloading.

To help narrow this down, could you please let us know how long the update has been stuck at 0%, which Insider channel your device is currently enrolled in and whether any error code appears under Settings > Windows Update > Update history? Please also check how much free space is available on the system drive.

In the meantime, please restart the device and confirm that the Internet connection is stable. If you are using a VPN, proxy or metered connection, temporarily disable it and check for updates again. You can also run the Windows Update troubleshooter by going to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Windows Update > Run. After it finishes, restart the device and select Check for updates again.

If the download still remains at 0%, please report the issue through Feedback Hub under Windows Update, as this is an Insider Preview build. Please include the build number and any error code shown in Update history.

Also, for your privacy, please remove or cover the email address shown in the screenshot before posting another image publicly. Thank you so much for your understanding.
