Using the New Outlook for Mac features in business environments
Hi,
Based on the error shown in your screenshot, this does not appear to be an Outlook for Mac issue.
The key part of the error is: Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Storage.TenantAccessBlockedException
This usually indicates that Exchange Online cannot access the mailbox because the Microsoft 365 tenant or Exchange service is currently blocked, rather than a problem with the Outlook application itself.
Since you also mentioned that:
- Outlook on the web displays the same error.
- Adding the account to another device fails with "couldn't connect to the server."
this suggests the issue is occurring on the service or tenant side.
Could you please check the following?
- Can you sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center as an administrator?
- Verify that your Microsoft 365 subscription is active and has not expired or been suspended.
- Confirm that an Exchange Online license is still assigned to your affected account.
If you're unable to access the Admin Center, please let me know:
- Is this affecting only your mailbox, or all users in your organization?
- Are other users able to access Outlook on the web?
- Have there been any recent changes to your Microsoft 365 subscription or billing?
The answers to these questions will help determine whether this is a tenant-wide service issue or something specific to your mailbox.
