    To answer your questions

This is my business account for One drive and Teams Access.

Used to receive verification code in Microsoft Authenticator app, but not now.

    No alternate verification methods available

Yes was using it well for initial 8/9 months but not now.

    Dear @Chandra Prakash,

Good day! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum!

Based on your description, I understand that you recently purchased Microsoft 365, OneDrive, and Teams, but you're unable to sign in because the two-step verification code is not being received. You also contacted Microsoft Support by email but have not received a response.

To help narrow down the cause, could you please confirm the following:

    • Is this a personal Microsoft account (Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, Live.com) or a work/school account?
    • Are you not receiving the verification code by:
      • Microsoft Authenticator app?
      • SMS/text message?
      • Email?
    • Do you still have access to any alternate verification methods that were configured on the account?
    • Were you able to sign in successfully at least once after purchasing the subscription?

Your confirmation would be very helpful in ensuring you receive the most suitable support!

In the meantime, kindly try the following suggestions to check what might have caused the issue:

    • Check whether the verification code is being sent to an old phone number, email address, or authenticator app that is no longer accessible.
    • If this is a work or school account and you are an end-user, kindly contact your Microsoft 365 administrator, as they can reset/revoke your MFA settings following the steps in this article: Manage user authentication methods for Microsoft Entra multifactor authentication
    • If you're the only admin/Global admin of the Microsoft 365 tenant that you just purchased, please kindly let me know so I could provide suitable steps for this situation.
    • If this is a personal Microsoft account, please also let me know as the steps will differ from a work or school account.

If you’re able to share a bit more about your situation, I might be able to suggest some helpful next steps.

Kindly let me know when there are updates or if you need further assistance. Any updates you’re able to share would be really helpful. I appreciate your time and look forward to hearing how things are going!

Thank you for your time and patience.
