Hi,

I previously had a @live.com microsoft account, which is currently not working.

I also have a subscription to onedrive for which I can see I am being charged every month. This is through my google subscriptions. But this does not say which email id I used for the subscription.

How do I recover my old @live.com account.

Regards,

Raj

    Hi,

To recover your @live.com account, you can reset your password if you still have access to any recovery methods, such as your phone number or an alternate email address. You can reset your password here: https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx

If you no longer have access to any recovery methods, your only remaining option is to recover your account using the Microsoft account recovery form: https://account.live.com/acsr

For tips on completing the recovery form, please refer to the following Microsoft article:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/help-with-the-microsoft-account-recovery-form-b19c02d1-a782-dee6-93c3-dc8113b20c42

Regarding your OneDrive subscription, if you purchased it through the Google Play Store, Microsoft states that subscriptions purchased through a third-party retailer must be managed through that retailer. Therefore, you will need to contact Google Play Support for assistance with managing your subscription.
