Is there a known compatibility issue between OnVUE and Windows 11 25H2 (build 26200.x)?

I am unable to launch OnVUE due to an "Operating System Not Supported" error, even though my system meets the published minimum requirements.

System details:

  • OS: Windows 11 Home Single Language
  • Version: 25H2, OS Build 26200.8973
  • System type: 64-bit
  • Windows is genuine and fully activated
  • RAM: 16 GB, well above minimum requirement
  • Single display, no multi-monitor setup

Troubleshooting already completed:

  • Fully uninstalled and reinstalled the OnVUE application (fresh download)
  • Disabled third-party antivirus (Quick Heal) completely before testing
  • Confirmed no pending Windows updates
  • Tried multiple browsers
  • Confirmed system is not in S Mode

The error persists every time. Since Windows 11 25H2 is a recent build, I'd like to know if there is a known compatibility issue between OnVUE and this specific version, or if there is a workaround/fix available.

Please advise on next steps, and let me know if any log files or additional system information would help investigate.

    Hi prakrati mathur,

I understand you're specifically trying to determine whether this is a compatibility issue with Windows 11 25H2.

To help narrow this down further, could you please confirm:

    1. Is this device enrolled in the Windows Insider Program, or are you running a standard public release of Windows 11?
    2. Does the "Operating System Not Supported" message appear:
      • immediately when launching OnVUE, or
      • after the OnVUE system test starts?
    3. Have you successfully used OnVUE on this same PC before, and if so, was it before upgrading to Windows 11 25H2?
    4. Could you provide a screenshot of the exact error message shown by OnVUE?

The answers will help determine whether this is a Windows build recognition issue, a recent OnVUE compatibility issue, or a different application validation problem altogether.
