Hi Guys,
Our client has been using Azure Virtual Desktop for at least 6 months now and has some inconsistency with RDP dropouts along with Zoom VDI video rendering issues. Most of the time to resolve we re-connect to RDP session and re-connect to meeting but we think it's all to do with RDP and wondering what might be causing these issues. Our support plan doesn't allow technical support so wondering if anyone has some ideas and what to look for?
Is the bandwidth constraints from Microsoft's end that contributes to these issues?
