You have blocked my Microsoft WORD and say I have to renew it before i can access it. It's not due for renewal until October

As I said you have blocked my Microsoft WORD but it's not due for renewal until October and the price has risen. As well, I've rung round my friends and they all say they haven't been charged and they've never been blocked.

I've kept diaries and the payments going back the years were for 03/10/2026 and you only started blocking my WORD then.

So, what is the situation with me that I'm treated differently?

    If you sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services , does everything look correct there? Your subscription is active?
