Inadvertently, I have created two office 365 subscriptions. Two separate, different amounts were taken on the same day.
I don't know how to get hold of someone to reverse one of the charges.
I seem to be going round and round trying to find a way to get this charge reversed.
I have stopped the payment with my credit card company.
Microsoft is disputing the reversal request.
Can someone, please guide me.

Since this is a community forum, we don't have access to account data or information. You can contact Microsoft support so they can help you with this charge.

On your computer, click the Start menu and type Get Help or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

Type "Billing" as the keyword > Click the "Contact Support" button.

Choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription".
You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.
