Lost Hardware Dev Center account

Hi
I am trying to login to hardware dev center so i can submit a driver, but it seems that our company already have a hardware dev center account, and if taht is true, that coworker who did that have not been working here for at least 10 years. Is there away for me to verify who the admin is for the hardware dev center account for our company, and if it is the long-gone coworker how can i/we move forward for me to access the driver submission?
