cannot view my az fundemenatls certificate under credentials

Question

i wrote and passeed my az fundementals exam on the 3rd of july 2026 (MS1101364950) , since then i have been unable to view my certificate under the credentials section on my microsoft learn profile. i contacted PearsonVue who deemed the problem to not be their fault but confirmed my az certificate is linked to my MS ID and that i should rather contact microsoft support for help.

Use this checklist:

1. In the Learn profile, open Credentials and then Certifications to confirm whether the certification appears there. If the credential is marked Online Verifiable, it can be shared from that page.
2. Open Transcript in the Learn profile left navigation and check whether the passed exam or certification appears there.
3. Verify that the correct Learn profile is being used. Missing certifications are commonly caused by signing in with a different login account than the one used during exam registration. Try any other Microsoft account or work/school account that may have been used.
4. Review whether the certification requirements were fully completed. A certificate is available only after the final required exam is passed.
5. If multiple Learn profiles exist, a profile merge may be needed. Merging combines credentials, transcripts, and learning progress into one profile. Note: merging cannot be undone.
6. Since Pearson VUE already confirmed the exam is linked and directed the issue to Microsoft, contact Microsoft Credentials Support for additional assistance with the missing credential.

For certificate access after the credential is present:

• Go to the Certification Dashboard.
• Use View Certificates to download the certificate.
• Use View Transcript to email, download, or share the transcript.
