how to make a teams site public

My team's Teams site is private.

How do I make it public?

Hi,

If you're the team owner, you can change the team's privacy settings by following these steps:

1. Open Microsoft Teams.
2. Select More options (⋯) next to the team name > Manage team.
3. Open the Settings tab and expand Team details.
4. Select Edit.
5. Under Privacy, choose Public, then select Done to save the change.

If you don't see the Privacy option or you're unable to change it, it may be because:

• You're not the team owner.
• Your Microsoft 365 administrator has restricted this setting through organizational policies or sensitivity labels.

In that case, please contact your Microsoft 365 administrator for further assistance.
