Cannot navigate azure portal after accidentally converting only admin login to internal

I recently signed up for a free account to start playing around with the azure portal. After creating my sql database, I started looking at Entra ID, and I managed to convert my account from external to internal, but since doing this I am constantly getting the below, and I am unable to do anything in the portal. I am not sure what to do, as I am the only user in this tenant/subscription, so there are no other admins to the system. Is there a way to resolve this and get my account back working?

The same issue as this:

User account '{EUII Hidden}' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '74658136-14ec-4630-ad9b-26e160ff0fc6'(ADIbizaUX) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account

Microsoft Security | Microsoft Entra | Microsoft Entra ID
