There is no possible way to contact support. I have been calling the local support contact number with no luck. I explain the problem to the automatic support and then the call drops.

We have been using teams since 2020. All has happened suddenly.

    Dear @ZUBAIR JEELANI,

Good day! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum!

Based on your description, I understand that your school's Microsoft Teams Education tenant has suddenly become inaccessible for all users, including administrators. Users receive the error AADSTS500022: Access to the tenant is denied when attempting to sign in to the Microsoft 365 Portal. The issue began unexpectedly on August 4, 2026, despite the tenant being actively used since 2020, and you have been unable to reach Microsoft support for assistance.

Since the issue is impacting the entire tenant, including administrators, and you are unable to access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center to create a support request, I recommend creating a new Microsoft 365 trial tenant using a different email address. Once the trial tenant is provisioned, sign in to its Admin Center and create a support ticket on behalf of the affected tenant.

To set up a new tenant, please follow these steps:

Once your tenant is created, you should be able to access the support portal and submit your ticket referencing your locked account without further issues.

Ticket Support: Log in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center using the newly created trial admin account (not the currently affected one) > Support > Help & Support. You can raise support ticket at: https://admin.microsoft.com/#/support/requests

    • After clicking on "Help & Support" button, you can type "I need agent support via phone or email". After that, you can click on "Contact support"
    • Choose contact method: "Phone"
    • Fill all the information in this contact support details, please describe your situation carefully so they will have enough information to help you.
    • Finally, click on "Contact me"
    • After completing them, you will receive an email appointment for a meeting to review this issue professionally together.
    • For more details, you could refer to this article: Get support for Microsoft 365 for business

Please remember to cancel the trial subscription once your issue is resolved to avoid any unintended charges.

Kindly let me know when there are updates or if you need further assistance. Any updates you’re able to share would be really helpful.

I'm here and happy to help! Thank you for your kindness and patience!
