Unable to access personal vault in OneDrive. I have a mac machine and tyring to access using the Edge browsear.

Hi,

I am getting the same error on all browsers. I treid FireFox, Chrome, Edge and Safari. The same error in each one.

The screenshot confirms the**“unlockRequired”** error when OneDrive attempts to open Personal Vault.

Since the same error occurs across Firefox, Chrome, Edge, and Safari, this does not appear to be limited to one browser. Personal Vault requires an additional identity-verification step before it can be opened.

Open a website link - Contact - Microsoft Support

In the box below "We're here to help", type Microsoft 365, click "Get Help", and then click "Contact Support" below.

In this section, you will need to sign in to your Microsoft account.

Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" under Products & Services, select "Technical Support" as the category, and click to confirm

You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window.

When contact, provide them with:

The unlockRequired error

The correlation ID shown on the error page

The date, time, and time zone when the error occurred

Sorry you’re unable to access your Personal Vault.

On a Mac, Personal Vault should be accessed through OneDrive on the web using the latest version of Microsoft Edge, Chrome, or Firefox.

Could you please confirm:

What happens when you select Personal Vault?
Do you receive an error message or verification prompt?
Does it work in a browser InPrivate window or on another device?

If there are any error messages that appeared, please share the exact error message.

Hello,

It is still not working. I cleared the cache and tried everything on my mac to open the Perosnal Vault. But no luck.

However, it is working on my phone, but not in my macbook.

The error is:

Can you please help me by downloading Firefox and try to open it there.
Also please try on Edge or Chrome as well if possible - not just Safari.
