Azure recognizes subscription 30145b1c-b9e5-400f-a55f-e55ebfac09c9 as an existing subscription resource, but it is not visible in my Azure subscription list and I cannot access its Microsoft Foundry resources.
I originally obtained this subscription through Microsoft for Startups using ******@signalfidelitygroup.com. I first received $1,000 in credits and later $5,000 after business verification. I successfully used the subscription in Microsoft Foundry and created an Ally agent.
After attending a Microsoft GTM event and creating or using a second organizational identity, my Azure and Foundry access became associated with different tenants.
Current symptoms:

******@signalfidelitygroup.com.Do not transfer, cancel, replace, or recreate the subscription until its existing tenant and billing relationship are confirmed.
Restore access to the existing subscription and its original Foundry resources, and confirm the correct home tenant and billing entitlement.

Hello @Abhishek Basu
From your description, this appears to be an Azure subscription and Microsoft Entra tenant association issue rather than a Microsoft Foundry issue.
If Azure Support can resolve the subscription ID but it doesn't appear in your Azure portal, it's often an indication that:
A few things you can check before support intervenes:
Since you're requesting the home tenant ID, Owner assignments, and confirmation of the sponsorship billing relationship, those details aren't exposed through Microsoft Q&A and require Microsoft Support to inspect the subscription metadata.
I'd recommend opening a Subscription Management/Billing support request and providing:
The support team can verify the subscription's home tenant, restore the appropriate RBAC assignments if applicable, and confirm whether the Microsoft for Startups sponsorship and associated Foundry resources are still linked to the subscription.
