    Hi William Potter,

If your website requires pop-ups to function correctly, you'll need to allow pop-ups for that site in your web browser.

If you're using Microsoft Edge on Windows 11:

    1. Open Edge and click the three dots (...) in the upper-right corner.
    2. Select Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Site permissions > All permissions.
    3. Click Pop-ups and redirects.
    4. Under Allow to send pop-ups and use redirects, click Add site.
    5. Enter your website address and click Add.

Alternatively, if Edge blocks a pop-up while you're on the site, click the Pop-up blocked icon in the address bar and select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from this site. Then refresh the page and try again.

Please let me know if the pop-up is still being blocked after making this change and I'll be happy to help further.
