    Hi William Potter,

Pop-ups are annoying most of the times, but some websites do require them to be up. Onyx's suggestion below regarding browser extensions is definitely worth checking, and usually the biggest reason. That said, I do have another thing to add here if you're still looking for more information: Microsoft Edge often has pop-ups blocked by default, so to unblock it:

    1. Open the website that you need to display the video (pop-up)
    2. Click the lock icon on the address bar to open the menu > select Site settings User's image
    3. Scroll down to Pop-ups and redirects > if it's blocked, open the dropdown and select Allow User's image
    4. Go back to the webpage > look at the top and click Refresh > check to see if you can play the video now. User's image

If the video still does not play after allowing pop-ups, the issue may be related to another permission (such as autoplay, cookies, or tracking prevention) rather than pop-ups alone. Let us know which website is affected and we can suggest additional troubleshooting steps.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

Pop ups are usually able to work automatically unless you've installed an extension to your browser to prevent them. You would need to figure out which extension you've installed and then turn it off.
