Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.
Since the monitor wakes up from sleep to a blank screen, the physical connection is detected, but the video signal negotiation is failing.
To narrow this down, please answer these quick questions:
1 = How is the monitor connected? Direct HDMI cable, USB-C adapter/cable, or a USB-C Hub/Docking Station?
2 = Does the laptop work on a TV or another display, or does the monitor work with another computer?
3 = Can you share a screenshot of Device Manager (Press "Windows + X" and select "Device Manager") with these sections expanded? Use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.
- Display adapters
- Monitors
- Universal Serial Bus controllers (or USB Connector Managers)
4 = Also, share a screenshot of your system information.
- Press "Windows + R", type
msinfo32and press Enter.
Maximize the window and use the screenshot tool.
Looking forward to your reply.
