No PL-900 Certification Exam Result

I took the PL-900 - Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals - English (ENU) last June 28, 2024‎, 08:00 AM Philippines Standard Time‎‎.

I took the exam, but didn't see any results in my personal email (@gmail.com) and in my work email in which I don't have access anymore (@fujitsu.com). I also didn't see any results in my Learn.Microsoft Account so I really don't know whether I passed the exam or not.

Question: Did I pass the exam? If I did, how will I get the certification, and how will that result be reflected either in my personal email, or in my Learn.Microsoft Account?

I think I did input the wrong email before that's why these all happened. Thank you so much.
